MY car will now drop about 2"

The front are steched 255 on a 18X 9.5 rims and the rears are 295 on a 18 X 9.5 rim

This is probably 1 more reason the tires rub against the rear bumper and part of the fender.

I have adjustable toe and traction arms in the rear so I'm sure they can be pulled back to center with some work.
$700!!?!?! Did that include a reach around and a full tank of gas? That's crazy! Are both rear wheels pushed back like that? The traction arms and toe arms were probably aligned towards the rear without the tech realizing what he was doing, as long as it was in spec he probably thought nothing of it.

Yeah, the tech @ Nissan made sure they were pointed forward and I don't think he even noticed how far back he inadvertently pushed that wheel. It is only affecting the Driver side rear wheel.
I still haven't been able to get the situation corrected. Car drives fine, but I need a good race alignment shop to correct this problem. Not another bogus shop!
Open to suggestions.
